Do I have to bring my own yoga mat or props?

While most clients feel comfortable bringing and using their own mat, we do have yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets for use by all of our guests. Feel free to bring your own or borrow one of ours :)

What to Wear to class

For dance classes: You are welcome to wear workout attire of your choice. A leotard and tights are welcome, but not required. We recommend comfortable yoga or workout pants/tights, a form fitting top and appropriate footwear such as ballet slippers or bare feet, or tennis shoes for cardio dance fitness classes. For safety reasons, we do not recommend wearing socks for ballet or dance fitness classes.

For yoga: We recommend comfortable and breathable yoga or workout pants/tights, and a comfortable top that allows you to move freely. Bare feet or socks are fine, although the instructor may ask you to remove socks for certain postures or activities.

WHAT LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO TAKE A CLASS

Whether it is your first or fiftieth class we’re here to make your experience special. You do not need prior experience with yoga or dance to attend a class - all that you do need is a willing spirit and desire to start!

Our classes are taught to be accessible for a range of bodies, ages, and varied levels of experience and mobility. Our studio is built on love, acceptance, diversity and respect for our own selves, each other and our practices. We are supportive and inclusive.

Do you allow children?

No, unfortunately our space is adult-only and is designed for those who are 18 and older to take class comfortably amongst peers.
