What happens in an Adult dance class?
If you have never taken a dance class, we welcome you to try something new! During the 60 minute class, the instructor will start with a warm up, followed by center work or across the floor combinations. Dance classes at the Movement Loft are choreography-based and change weekly, so no two classes are ever alike!
