1. Cacao Ceremony and Guided Meditation: We'll commence our evening with a heartwarming cacao ceremony and a guided meditation. Together, we will set our intentions, sip on this heart-expanding elixir, & create a peaceful space for you to connect with your inner self.

2. Guided Journaling: After our activities, you'll have the chance to reflect on your experiences, emotions, and newfound insights through guided journaling, providing a space for self-expression and inner exploration

3. Heart Chakra Exercises: Engage in an exercise designed to activate and balance your heart chakra. This intense workshop will help you open up to self-love & compassion

4. Partner Activities: Connect with your fellow sisters in the circle through partner activities. These exercises will foster unity, trust, and sisterhood as we support one another on our individual journeys

Finally, our "Twerkshop" will be the joyous celebration that marks the end of our event. After nurturing our hearts and souls, we'll come together in an empowering twerk workshop.

This workshop is all about letting go of any stored trauma in your womb space. Through playful and liberating movement, you'll release tension, fears, and worries, leaving you feeling light, free, and ready to celebrate.
