Intention-Setting for Success

Here are some tips for setting intentions for yourself in a simple way.
1. Focus on what you WANT versus something you don't want. What you focus on is able to grow from there.

2. Recommit to this intention every day. Set the intention, spend a few minutes to meditate on it, visualize it or repeat it to yourself.

3. Align actions with intentions. Ask yourself, "do these choices support what I am trying to achieve"

4. Check in with yourself honestly and openly. Notice what is and isn't working. Allow for the wobble, the mistakes, the mess and also allow for the free flow, the gifts of abundance and the success

5. Give yourself grace. Every day is a learning process. Take note of the things that went well each day. Let go of what didn't go as planned. It's ok.
