Plus scroll down to see the yoga classes that we recommend to first-time and new yogis.

What do I need for a yoga class?

Come to yoga ready to relax your mind and move your body. When you come to class you’ll want to bring your yoga mat, a yoga block if you have one, water and an open mind. We provide yoga mats and props if you don’t have one.

Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?

There are endless ways to practice yoga, both on and off of the mat. Physical flexibility is one result of a regular practice, but most people don’t start out that way. We make sure that beginners always have adequate props and instructions, so that your class is both comfortable and enjoyable.

How much does it cost?

We offer all new members their first month of unlimited classes for $45, and $69 each month after. The monthly rate includes access to all yoga, dance and conditioning classes, plus discounts on certain events and more. Single drop in classes are $20.
